To make the most of your appointment, bring your key decision-makers along. Have your saved favorites from our website, photos or details about colors and styles ready, to help us find your dream dress.

Punctuality is Key

To make the most of your time with us, please arrive on time. If you're more than 10 minutes late, your try-on time may be shortened.

Be Prepared to Fall in Love

Our Quinceañera's often find their Dream Dress on their very first visit! Whether it be your first time trying on dresses, consulting for your own Custom Dress, or personalizing your new dress order. We see this magic happen every day, and we can't wait for you to experience it too!

Come Ready to Buy

Remember that dresses can take up to nine months to arrive and may be discontinued or unavailable at any time! To avoid missing out on your dream dress, be prepared to make a purchase during your visit.

Guest Limit

Due to our space constraints, we can accommodate up to 4 guests plus the Quinceañera, making a total of 5 people per party.

We occasionally record video, take photos, and/or live stream inside our store for marketing and social media purposes. Customers and guests may appear in the background of this content. If you prefer to not be included, please let a team member know upon arrival and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

⏱️ Appointments vs. Walk-Ins

Appointments Are Strongly Recommended: We highly suggest booking in advance to guarantee a dressing room, avoid long wait times, and get the best one-on-one shopping experience with a dedicated consultant.
- Appointment Fee: $25*
Walk-Ins Welcome: Walk-ins are always accepted, though they are subject to availability.
- Walk-In Fee: $30*
Fee Credit: 60% of your appointment or walk-in fee will be applied toward any new dress order placed on the same day of your visit!

Appointments are highly recommended to reserve a dressing room and minimize wait times. Please note that actual start times may vary.

Booking Requirement: A card is required on file to secure your appointment. It will only be charged in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.
Cancellation Policy: A $50 fee applies to all no-shows or appointments canceled without a 24-hour notice.
Fees & Credits: Appointment fees are non-refundable. Unless otherwise specified, 60% of your fee goes toward a new dress order placed on the same day of your visit.
Included Perks: All in-person appointments include time with your "YES to the Dress" crew and complimentary drinks and/or snacks for your group!

2. Returning Quinceañera Appointment

Duration: 1 Hour | Cost: $25* (Walk-ins also subject to $25 fee)
Availability: Monday – Sunday
The Experience: Welcome back, princesa! Perfect for returning quinceañeras who have already visited us and want to try on their top picks one more time before saying yes to the dress. Let's make it official! 💖

3. Extended 2-Hour Quinceañera Appointment

Duration: 2 Hours | Cost: $75.00*
Availability: Monday – Friday only
The Experience: Need a little more time to explore? This extended appointment gives you a relaxed, in-depth experience to try on more gowns, compare styles, and take your time making the perfect choice without feeling rushed. 💫

4. Princess Quinceañera Appointment

Duration: 1 Hour | Cost: $150
Availability: Monday – Sunday
The Experience: Book this when you are ready to find the one! Includes a larger dressing room that can accommodate a bigger group, an expert stylist, upgraded snacks, and $100 off new gown orders placed the same day.***

5. VIP Designer Experience with Ana

Duration: 2 Hours | Cost: $250
Availability: Tuesday – Saturday (Call to schedule: 469-993-1066)
The Experience: Perfect for creating something unforgettable! Work one-on-one with designer Ana in a spacious private fitting area to design your dream dress from scratch or customize an existing gown. Includes $200 off new or custom gown orders placed the same day.*** ✨

6. Virtual Appointment

Duration: Varies | Cost: Free / Call to schedule (469-993-1066)
Availability: Monday – Friday
The Experience: Can’t make it in person? Connect with an expert consultant from home via video call to explore our collections, discuss your style and vision, and begin your order online. 💻
