General and Appointments
"Do I need an appointment?"
Walk ins are always welcome! However, we do strongly recommend booking an appointment if you are wanting to try on Quinceañera dresses and say YES to the Dress!
"Do you allow walk ins?"
Yes! Walk ins are always welcome, we always recommend booking in advance if you're wanting to try on to avoid a  longer wait time on a available dressing room. 
"When should I say YES to the Quince Dress?" 
We always recommend to Say Yes to the Dress 9-14 months in advance. If your event is not long away, no worries, we will give you our best to help you find the dress you love!
"How long are appointments? Can I book extra time?" 
Appointments are an hour long, if you think you'd like more time to browse and try on more dresses, we offer an extended 2 hour appointment as well! Those can also be booked online or over the phone! 
"How many dresses can i try on? Do i have to pay to try on each dress?"
No there is no charge or limit to try on dresses! The only charge is our Appointment Fee and you are welcome to try on as many dresses as you want within the hour. 
Saying YES to the Quince Dress and Orderings
 
"How long does it take to receive my Order?"
Made-to-order dresses that are in stock take from 2-6 weeks for delivery. If dresses are not in stock and to be ordered, they can take 3-9 months.
Online orders: Before placing an order online, we recommend contacting us to check if the item(s) is in stock and ready to ship if you think you're needing it soon. Call us at (469)993-1066 or e-mail us at: quince@anasprogowns.com with the item #, size, and color and we will let you know within 1 business day.
 
 
"What if I don't find what I am looking for In-store or Online?" 
At Ana's it is our motive to help each Quinceañera find the dress of their dreams. Sometimes that means Creating it for You! 
Modify a in-store dress with special details or Custom Create your dream Quinceañera Dress with our talented in-store designers! We collaborate with you to bring your vision to life,  paying attention to every detail. 2nd time visits are available as well as other appointments for difference experiences if you do not find your dress during your first visit. 
 
"Can you custom make my Dress?"
YES! Here at Ana's we actually specialize in modifying and custom making gowns. Ana, with over 40 years of experience will work with you to create your dream dress.

"Do you sell dresses of the rack?"

Yes, throughout the year we have a selection of sample dresses available off the rack at a discounted price due to discontinuation of styles or overstock. 

 

"Can i get a matching bear and accessories?"

Yes, we have a variety of crowns and tiaras in store available to take home same day or order, complete quince packages with everything you need for your special day, matching to your dress! As well as our sought out Bears/Dolls made in store to best match your dress! checkout our bear category to see custom made bear dresses and outfits! We as well now offer full quince packages and bundles available with or without a dress purchase.

"What size should I get for my dress?"

 Our in store consultants will help you insure a good size when placing your order. When ordering a dress online, it's very important to know your body measurements to help you decide what dress size to pick. There is a size chart located on every Designer's page, specific to that designer.  Be sure to use the correct size chart for the gown you want, as each designer's sizes vary. For further assistance, please take a look at our Measuring Guide.  

"Can I do alterations on my Quince dress?"

Whether you need a length taken off, custom sleeves made, wanting to add a bow, more bling,... Seriously anything you can think of major or minor here at Ana's we can do it for you! We as well welcome any Quince dress alteration, even if not purchased at here Ana's. Contact us for quotes or to see what alterations are included in your In-store order. 

Payments and Policies 

​"What type of payments are accepted?"
We accept credit card payments including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and PayPal. In-store we also accept Cash. Personal checks are not accepted for final payments.

 
​"How do I track my order?"

​"What's your return & and exchange policy?"

No refunds, returns or exchanges on made-to-order items. This includes ALL Quinceañera dresses.

 

"Can I pay for my dress in payments?"

       We offer a Flexible Payment Plan for ALL orders In-store and Online!

  • Online orders: your 60% first deposit is non-refundable once you've been notified that your item(s) have been ordered via email. Please note that we'll hold your item(s) for up to 30 Days. You can make payment(s) over the phone, or we can email you an online invoice so you can make your payment(s) securely.
