Before placing an order, we recommend contacting us to check if the item(s) is in-stock and ready-to-ship. Call us at: 972-420-8640 or e-mail us at: firstname.lastname@example.org with the item #, size, color and we will let you know within 1 business day.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Made-to-order dresses that are in stock take from 2-6 weeks for delivery. If dresses are not in stock they can take up 3-4 months. Please contact us for estimated arrival times.
What's your return & exchange policy?
No refunds or exchanges on made to order dresses. This includes ALL Quinceañera dresses.
What size should I get for my dress?
When ordering a dress online, it's very important to know your body measurements to help you decide what dress size to pick. There is a size chart located on every Designer's page, specific for that designer. Be sure to use the correct size chart for the gown you wanting, as each designer's sizes vary. Please take a look at our Measuring Guide.
What type of payments are accepted?
We accept credit card payments including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and PayPal. In-store we also accept Cash. Personal checks are not accepted for final payments.

Your 50% first deposit is non-refundable once you've been notified that your item(s) have been ordered via email.
